Refunds are made by Aumso in one of the following cases:

1.The order is cancelled by the seller

In this case, you do not need to take any action. You will receive funds automatically and processed instantly.

2.If you choose to return the item

Refunds are made after the application is closed and confirmed by the seller.

3.If you have created a dispute in the Resolution Centre

The refund is made on the basis of a resolution agreement solution. It can be full or partial, based on your agreement with the seller or mediator.

Usually the refunds appear in your account within 24 hours, but it can take up to 7 days.
